Are either cushioned running shoes or stablity running shoes both ok for normal arch feet?
I have read that normal arch feet should use stability shoes but I bought cushioned shoes as the salesman told me that I can also use cushioned shoes. True?

my hubby has normal arch feet and he wears either cushioned or stability running shoes.If you look on the runners world web site and click on the link ' how to find a shoe' it will explain about the wet test which will show you which shoe to use
My sports doc says gel running shoes are the way to go. I've found the Nike airs to wear out really quickly
