Has anyone dyed carpet and sofa lounge chairs before?
I have a denim blue colored sofa lounge and mid blue carpet rug I want to dye to a purple aubergine color. Im not too sure of the material on the sofa, it is textured tweed type material. It was treated with scotch guard. The rug is polyester. Does anyone know if this would work if I had it dyed by a professional?

if a professional did it probably would work you will have to talk to them it is going to cost you an arm and leg to have it done i know the carpet for sure can be dyed the sofa i am not so sure about because of the material.anyway good luck hope it comes out nice.
